DUOday: really a good idea?

DUOday is a day when a trainee with a disability comes to discover a job in an organisation. He or she forms a pair with a person working in the company.

Even though the idea is based on a good intention, which is to allow a disabled trainee to discover a profession by proposing a pairing with an employee of a company, it is not unanimously supported.
The ASPH (Socialist Association of Persons with Disabilities) conducted a study to assess the relevance of the project and understand the criticisms that have been made of it.
