The purpose of the association is to promote participation in the social, cultural, economic and educational life of adults in general, and certain specific target groups with social disadvantages in particular.

To this end, the Association, alone or in cooperation with third parties, will provide services in the organisation of training and education projects in general and the creation of activation and employment projects in particular.

Furthermore, the Association may formulate policy advice and undertake all other activities related to the realisation of the objective.

The working area of the association is mainly situated in the Westhoek and in the province of West Flanders. In order to strengthen and optimise the work, initiatives can also be taken outside the working area, even across borders.

• employs workers with an outplacement certificate, recognised by CERTO.
