Handicap & Arbeid is the project of 16 organisations/federations active in the fields of disability, chronic diseases and employment.

The EAD (Evenredige Arbeidsdeelname en Diversiteit) policy of the Flemish government is represented by Focus op talent, which aims to invest in talent, facilitating access to employment for people with a disability or chronic illness.

Handicap & Arbeid is the consultation platform where various Flemish associations related to disability and chronic diseases are actively involved.
