Together on the road to inclusive entrepreneurship

I-Diverso is a cooperation between WEB vzw and Groep INTRO vzw. These organisations have been focusing for more than 25 years on supporting vulnerable target groups in the labour market.

I-Diverso supports and guides these people in different steps towards a job with a sustainable perspective. In this field, I-Diverso provides organisations and companies with a complete HR service. They work within an extensive network of companies and organisations throughout Flanders and Brussels.

WEB vzw and Groep INTRO vzw focus on the intensive and tailor-made guidance of vulnerable target groups on the labour market (e.g. school-leavers without a diploma, non-Dutch speakers,...). Every year, they guide thousands of people. Step by step, they guide them so that they are ready to (re)enter the labour market.

I-Diverso focuses on supporting companies in all sectors that employ these profiles. It does so by offering a wide range of services: guidance, coaching, counselling, training.
