Since 1991, Vokans (in full Vormings- en OpleidingsKANSen) has been the bridge between employers, employees and job-seekers (= the 3 W's). As a non-profit organisation, they work at the Flemish, Brussels, regional and local levels. Although they are housed under the umbrella of the ACV, they pursue entrepreneurship and independent operation.

At Vokans, they are adept at developing current and future human capital, in all its dimensions. For them, work is the most important factor in social integration and personal development, but above all it is the engine of economic growth. With an experienced and motivated team, they ensure the return of their 3 W's. With their authentic, pure approach and their diverse background experience, they motivate a diverse group of people to work with pleasure.

On the one hand: supporting employers and managers on the shop floor in selecting, recruiting and training staff, workplace learning, leadership, learning to evaluate people and competence management.

On the other hand: educating, training, guiding and coaching people in order to strengthen their competences and increase their chances of employment.
